The 1st layer

The First Layer
The first thing that you have to acknowledge and get past is the first layer, which is Human consciousness. That is what I’m going to call The Survival Layer. As long as you are in survival, you will never know any other layer at all. As long as you’re in survival, you will not get to the next layer, and can’t even start the process. That’s because the Survival Layer depends on you reacting to the outside world. You’re always looking around, aren’t you? You’ve got to make sure everything is proper and right, don’t you? You’ve got to respond properly when talked to, don’t you? This is survival.
You know how to get rid of pure survival? Spirit knows. How many of you have been brought to your knees through sorrow or health? How many of you? I know who’s here, and I’m talking to you. You know what I mean, because suddenly survival goes away and the conscious layer drops before you. Then all you see is the love of God. All you see is gratitude for those around you and a peacefulness of just being alive and well. That, dear ones, is the position you have to be in. But why wait for an emergency? Why not understand it and work on doing that very thing by yourself?
Step one: Get out of survival! “How do I do that, Kryon?” Consider this: “Dear Spirit, I wish to soften my consciousness. When those who would insult me are trying to push my emotional anger buttons, I don’t want the buttons to work anymore. I want to disengage them. I don’t want to react anymore. I want to sit in peace. That is getting out of survival. I am safe in the arms of God – totally and completely safe. I wish to drop the outer shell that is the Human consciousness layer, the one that instantly and only reacts to 3-D, and walk my life differently.” That would be the first step. That’s the first step, dear one. Look in the mirror while you say it.
Do you defend yourself? If somebody criticizes you, are you quick to make it right? How many of you can hear a criticism of yourself, then stop and think, “Wow, what if they’re right?” It’s hard for a Human Being to do this, and you can’t do that easily. You’ve got to practice that one. You know why? Because you’re designed for survival. In the old energy, it served you well and now it doesn’t.
Basic Human consciousness is designed for survival, and you have passed that marker. It carries an old energy with it that breeds hatred and war, disappointment and depression. It carries self-doubt with it and always makes you feel alone. Do you really wish to wallow anymore in this? It is time to change it from survival to “peaceful existence with wisdom.”

Ch. 5. NESARA's Benefits

Note: I discourage anyone from making financial decisions based on the expectation that NESARA will happen “soon.” No one knows when NESARA will be declared or, if they do, they are not saying.

Before we turn to the impact of NESARA, we need to note that no one up to this point has said exactly what NESARA mandates. No copy of the NESARA legislation that I am aware of is available to the general public.
What I do have is an article with six clauses allegedly from NESARA, which states that the act:

(1) Zeros out credit card balances, forgives mortgages and other bank debt as a remedy for 70 years of bank and government fraud. Plans to maintain a thriving banking system are included in NESARA’s structure.

(2) Creates a U.S. Treasury Bank System with new U.S. Treasury currency backed by precious metals. (Bank personnel have already been trained in NESARA and the new precious metals U.S. Treasury currency is already in bank vaults.)

(3) Abolishes Income Taxes in the U.S. and creates a new national sales tax on new, non-essential items only—as revenue for government.

(4) Restores Constitutional Law as our founding fathers intended when they signed the Declaration of Independence. Constitutional law is based on Common Law.

(5) Requires the current administration to resign their positions to allow a fresh start at the national level. Administrative duties will be fulfilled according to constitutional provisions. New elections will take place within 120 days.

(6) Declares worldwide peace, enabling international banking improvements to proceed smoothly. All U.S. military aggressive actions will cease immediately. (1)

I have no way of saying at this point whether these allegations are true or not.
It was once purported that a gag order existed around NESARA and that the Supreme Court would execute anyone who made NESARA’s provisions known.
Seeming extremely improbable to me, I asked Suzy Ward for verification of these statements and, in correspondence now lost to me through a computer crash, Matthew responded that any executions carried out were done by the Illuminati, not an American court.
Matthew said that the Illuminati would execute someone who was promoting NESARA and then say that the Court had ordered it because the person broke the so-called gag rule.
The total mission that the spiritual hierarchy and their galactic allies embarked on could not have been accomplished, Matthew says, by merely giving spiritual guidance. The needs of the population, many of them in Third-World countries living in slave conditions, needed to be seen to first and hence the need for NESARA.

“When people are severely oppressed by political and economic conditions that foster impoverished living circumstances, lack of health care and education, monopoly of natural resources, slave labor, unjust laws and courts, starvation, and tyrannical regimes, offering ‘soul food’ isn’t enough.

“When people are preoccupied with mere survival requirements, giving them only spiritual messages is not going to bring about the global reforms they need to rise out of their misery.

“That is why the provisions of NESARA are monumental in scope, embodying sweeping reforms for Earth that will begin as soon as the legislation is officially announced. When people become aware of the reforms, they will be motivated to participate according to their capabilities.” (2)

As soon as opposition from American leaders is overcome, these reforms will be announced. Says the SHGF:

“Then a range of transformative measures immediately go into effect worldwide. These include: the new pro-Basil III banking system, a new hard currency system, a number of new central banks, and global debt forgiveness.” (3)

This new abundance will be accompanied by the release of new technology which is largely beyond imagination. Says the SHGF:

“New ‘miracle’ technologies will give each household the ability to provide its own food, clothing, and furniture. This eliminates the need for farms, factories, and other staples of your present economy.

“A slosh of wonderful new technologies is to transform how your society operates. Your cities and suburbs will be rebuilt. Vast greenbelts will replace your farms and factories, giving a miraculous face-lift to your environment! This will be the prelude to the announcements that end the cover-up of our benevolent existence.” (4)

“This new abundant realm [created by NESARA] is merely the ‘baby-steps’ for the events that form the prelude to first contact. Among these are many disclosures of long-suppressed technologies. These can greatly reduce pollution; cast you into a new computer age; and end your reliance on fossil-fuel propulsion systems.” (5)

Of the process disclosure forms a part of, the SHGF say:

“The first step of this process addresses the UFO cover-up and introduces the public to the amazing technologies developed over the past six decades by your major governments. We shall request that these devices, long in use in many covert bases, be disclosed.

“These disclosures form a preamble to the formal broadcast about this first contact mission. Over the past few decades we have groomed a number of individuals and governments to proclaim our presence.

“Then, at the right time, the Galactic Federation and this mission in particular are to be made known to you. The disclosure that you are not alone and that a great deal of secret technology exists needs to be revealed in digestible bites.” (6)

According to David Wilcock, the Obama administration has already purchased two hours of air time to make disclosure before the end of 2009. (7)
Disclosure and NESARA will usher in an era of world peace to a borderless planet. The 2012 Ascension Team will introduce the new technology, revolutionize health care, terraform the Earth, remould the United Nations, and make many other universally-beneficial changes.
SaLuSa tells us that NESARA will bring “sufficient for your needs [and] a happier and more contented society [will be] created.”

“Jealousy and envy [will be] eliminated and even greed becomes unnecessary, and would certainly be discouraged. Your present times are the result of deliberate plans by the Illuminati, to create friction through lack and make you reliant on them for your existence.” (8) Now both lack and dependence will end.

Following the return of happiness to human life, says Ag-Agria of Sirius, “the promise of a new world will become tangible and it will galvanise others into action. A coming together will gather momentum, and great strides will be made” in all areas of global and personal endeavor. (9)
We will be released from the tedium of unfulfilling work.

“Time will be yours to follow exactly what you desire and life is therefore much more fulfilling. Having to toil for a living will be behind you, as you will be able to use your power of creation to cater for all of your needs.

“Nevertheless, your needs are little as in your new lighter body you have the ability to live almost entirely from the energy of Light. You will come and go from your home planet as you require and use various modes of transport freely available. Life becomes a glorious adventure as you move around unfettered and free from restriction.” (10)

Poverty will end on the planet. Says SaLuSa:

“So many of you are experiencing difficulties in your lives that the Abundance Programs would help. I want to tell you that, in the near future, poverty will be eradicated from Earth, and the wealth mainly secreted away by the Illuminati will be reclaimed and redistributed for the good of all. Financial Institutions will be re-modelled to cater for a new society that has set greed and corruption aside.” (11)

Archangel Michael describes the way that the notion of money has been used to enslave us.

“You have come to see that you are not slaves to that system called ‘money,’ but that you are always supported and your needs are always met when you assume your Mastery and trust in the Divine Light of Source to create and manifest what is needed to support your life.

“It has been a powerful illusion that ‘money’ is what creates security, and, Beloved Ones, you have worked hard to free yourselves from that illusion and to see that it is the Flow of Divine Love and Abundance that sustains your needs and that money is merely a symbol of exchange in this process.

“But that symbol of exchange was manipulated to become so powerful that it was able to imprison you in a belief that you were slaves of this method of exchange and that you needed to trade your lives to gain enough to survive.

“Now, as emerging Masters of Light, you are taking back your power to manifest whatever it is that you need in any way through your power to transmute Light into Matter through desire and passion from the Heart.

“You will, indeed, continue to co-create together within the framework of an ‘economy,’ but the New Earth economy [i.e., NESARA] will vibrate with passion, enthusiasm, ideas, and playful Masters manifesting their dreams and desires to be celebrated and shared with all.

“The ‘slavery’ of the old system will fall away as individuals find their passion and their ability to ignite passion into abundant manifestation, which is your birthright on this beautiful Planet.” (12)

According to the SHGF, the transformation in consciousness that disclosure and NESARA will start will culminate in Ascension:

“A new paradigm is forming in many of your areas of study, like the natural and social sciences, which is to move you beyond your traditional understanding of economics, physics, and religion. These new ‘brush-strokes’ are to paint a very different, more vibrant picture of how you see yourselves and your societies.

“As a result, a new definition of consciousness will begin to coalesce at around the time that first contact takes place. A magnificent new world is waiting to emerge and present you with very new, stimulating, and positive experiences. …

“Before you is the completion of your journey through limited consciousness. Then the focus turns toward ascension and your return to full consciousness!” (13)

Thus our society is destined to pass from lack to sufficiency, from economic inequality to equality. With new technologies bringing abundance, the use of money will eventually subside and disappear. The planet’s population will live in comfort and happiness, once the new arrangements are unveiled. The people will have what they need to turn their attention to Ascension.
Where will the new arrangements be unveiled? Only in the United States? Who else will share in NESARA and will NESARA be permanent?

@om The lawsuit DOES NOT NEED TO BE ENFORCEABLE.

That's the beauty of it. Because, you see, the lawsuit is about a breach of bonds contract laws. If the gold is not returned and the bonds are not honored, then therefore, US Treasury notes and bonds will not be honored. That will be the determination of the global market.

Right now, people are flocking to US treasuries because, supposedly, it's "safe". BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!

If the lawsuit is not honored, the Asians will have FULL RIGHTS to exercise the NUCLEAR FINANCIAL OPTION, which is to DUMP almost 3 TRILLION, that's Trillion with a capital T, of US Treasury bonds and notes on the market.

I've posted earlier that the Dragon families have essentially forked the Financial Oligarchs in a triple attack with just this one move.

No matter WHAT the bond issuers do, they are F--ked. Do you have any idea what just 500 billion, let alone 3 TRILLION of US Treasuries thrown on the market will do to the US and the Western Financial System?

It's called the Financial Armageddon of the West.

It's called oversupply, a full scale devaluation of the worth of the Treasuries, a massive spike in the interest rate of the bond, and a double if not triple load on the amount of interest burden that will placed on the US Federal Government.

The US Treasury will have no choice but to service that debt with almost 50% to 75% of all tax receipts. What do you think that will do to Federal functions, from military industrial complex's wars to basics like food stamps, or US congressional salaries? There will be no money or credit whatsoever to take care of that.

And that's JUST with US Treasuries. Consider what that'll do to the Derivatives market, with one QUADRILLION in bets on loans aka CDS (Credit Default Swaps, aka Loan Insurance). That includes BETS on US Treasuries.

I call that the Event Horizon of a Credit Black Hole from a full scale Derivatives implosion. Everyone's bet that that the US Treasury debt will stay at low interest rates.

Just a one or two percent increase in the interest rate from a full scale dumping of say 500 billion in Treasuries, will bankrupt literally, hundreds of banks, from JP Morgan to Goldman Sachs, who bet on the wrong side of the equation.

Wait till this law suit gets to court. And even if it doesn't make it to court, you ain't seen nothing yet.

Remember, they didn't nail Al Capone on murder, racketeering, or larceny. Want to know what they got on him?

Tax evasion.

What is Ascension?
NO ONE KNOWS FOR SURE (about Ascension)
The thing is, nobody really knows what this thing is going to turn into until it actually happens. We really don’t know.
All we know is that worldwide ancient prophecies – and I mean every ancient tradition – had this encoded mystery about a 25,920-year cycle called the Precession of the Equinoxes, which is this slow wobble in the Earth’s axis.
They all describe this cycle. They all describe the coming of great Earth changes at the end of the cycle, and that after that we go into a Golden Age.
And this was worked on by two historians, Giorgio de Santillana and Hertha von Dechend. Graham Hancock popularized all that, made it so public.
So, Hamlet’s Mill is the name of the book [by Santillana and Dechend]; it’s still out there.
Everybody talks about this precessional cycle.
THE PROPHECIES CONVERGE IN A SMALL WINDOW
Well, in the book 2012 Enigma I’m working on right now for Penguin, I have now traced multiple threads that show ancient prophecies all converging on the year 2012 to 2014… in that window.
In Hinduism it’s about 2014, based on some dates in the Mahabharata. But it’s all basically right around the same time.
So the question is: What the heck is going to happen? What is the Golden Age? What are we going to get?
Some of the oldest prophecies actually are from Zoroastrianism. This is some of the new data that I’m going to go into in the Austin Convergence conference.
ZOROASTRIAN / ARYAN PROPHECIES
There’s really, really fascinating stuff in Zoroastrian prophecy. It’s not the typical Judeo-Christian Biblical apocalypse at all.
There’s a prototypical civilization that actually started in what’s now Siberia. They moved from there because there was the coming of the Great Ice Age 12,000 years ago that forced them to leave their land; there was an Earth-shift.
The remnants of that culture are now what we call the Aryan race. And this is, again, going back to Nazi Germany; they knew about this and they blew it all out of proportion.
But the Aryan strain of human being actually is in India. That’s one of the two offshoots.
So all the Hindu stuff in the Mahabharata and all those texts is derived from the ancient Aryans that came from Siberia and then migrated away from there.
Now those ancient Aryans, according to some of the very highly-placed insiders I know, did have portal technology – meaning stargate technology. They had very advanced stuff.
They were in contact with extraterrestrial races, and in some sense, there has been a continuance of this technology and this lineage throughout other offshoots.
MASSIVE ENERGY WAVE FROM THE SUN
But when you go back to the Zoroastrian tradition, they actually describe the coming of a great energy wave that shines through pretty much the whole Earth at once.
Now, one of the things the Zoroastrian prophecy says is very controversial. Those people who are the “righteous”… and you can take that for whatever you want it to mean … will not be affected by it.
They say you definitely feel it, but it’s as if it moves around you. It’s like you’re in the middle of an electrical shower, or something, but you don’t actually feel anything negative.
And it actually does say this – I’m not going to cover up the truth. It does say that the “wicked” are “consumed” by it.
SAMAVARTAKA FIRE
Now, this is really interesting because then when you go into the Hindu tradition, they describe what they call the “Samavartaka Fire.”
Now, remember, the Hindu tradition comes directly out of the Zoroastrian pedigree, the Aryan pedigree… it’s all the same stuff. In fact, in Zoroastrianism the King’s name is Yuma; in Hinduism his name is Yima.
They all talk about the same events, the same stuff. It all traces back to these original archaic texts from 12,000 years ago that they both inherited in either of these two religious strains.
So, in Zoroastrianism, I think they call it the “Purifying Fire.” In Hinduism they call it “Samavartaka” and they basically say the same thing.
They say that it’s the massive light-storm that comes at the end of the Age, and they describe it as if there are electrical properties it seems to have. And there’re multiple references in the Mahabharata to the Samavartaka.
In the other tradition that I had, which was W. Raymond Drake’s Gods and Spacemen in the Ancient East – it’s a book that I had – he called it the “Somvarta Fire.” But that was only a mistranslation.
Now that I’ve found the right name, which is Samavartaka [spells it]… you can do Google searches on that with sacred-texts.com, and you’ll find a whole bunch of references to it.
THE LIGHT SHINING FROM EAST TO WEST
It seems to also be mirrored in Judeo-Christian prophecy when it says “As the Light shineth from the East unto the West, so too shall the coming of the Son of Man be.”
Well, what the heck does that mean… the Light shining from the East to the West? It’s the Samavartaka Fire – it’s this purifying light.
Now, I believe that when these things are being spoken about that they are metaphorical in nature. I do not believe that the “wicked” are literally “consumed” by it.
But what it does seem happens is that when this light-storm arrives, the people who pass through it, as in these prophecies, no longer are able to see people who have gone into a different plane of existence.
That’s why it appears that they’ve been “consumed”, because they no longer appear to you – you don’t see them anymore.
Now, that’s one potential outcome.
A CHANGE IN REALITY — DIFFERENT TIMELINES
These ancient prophecies are literally saying that the sun gives off some sort of energetic effect.
This is not a cataclysm, by the way, because in Zoroastrianism, they don’t say that it destroys the Earth. They just say that there’s this massive light-change that happens.
So, what does that really mean? It could be that we pop onto different timelines and that we’re in different planes.
The people who are still here on Earth, in our own current plane of existence, think that a small number of people, relatively speaking, have disappeared.
They don’t know what’s happened, but they’re now in a different reality in which there’s going to be UFO Disclosure; they’re going to have Star Trek kinds of things happening to them.
But then there’s other people, when this Samavartaka Fire comes along, who will actually be energetically transformed into a different plane. They all notice each other and they appear to be on the Earth, too, but it’s a different frequency.
So that’s the spontaneous argument.
THE THREE-WAY SPLIT
There are actually also some really enigmatic passages in the Law of One series that suggest this is going to happen. They call it the Three-way Split.
They basically say negative people, like the truly negative, like black magic Illuminati types, go off to what they call Fourth Density Negative.
They have now graduated into the next higher plane of existence that’s based on the use of occult black magic as a pecking-order, basically.
The problem is that no matter how crafty you think you are here on Earth, once you graduate to 4-D Negative, you’re at the bottom of the totem pole.
Everybody else is going to be basically feasting on YOU, so it’s not a good place to be. It’s kind of like being stuck in the horror movie, Hellraiser.
Then you have Fourth Density Positive, which is where the Earth will ultimately go into.
According to the Law of One, it takes about 100 to 700 of our years of time to transition into that reality. This could be a lot of longer in terms of the Earth’s measurement of time, as they think of it, once this change happens.
Then you also have the middle-of-the-road people who are not really Service to Others enough to be Fourth Density Positive, and they’re not really Service to Self enough to be Fourth Density Negative.
They’re basically confused; they oscillate between positive and negative.
Those folks – and it’s taken me long time to kind of put this together – apparently experience an unbroken continuity. They don’t notice, really, that anything’s happened.
Fourth Density Positive people seem to have noticed that they all disappear, but then the people that are in the middle of the road would think that everybody else has disappeared.
There’s a lot of Bible quotes that say this, and that was the conventional model.
NEW WHISTLEBLOWER TESTIMONY
Now, I have a whistleblower who came forward who gave me an alternate scenario that he claims was explained to him by extraterrestrials that he had encountered in the line of his work.
The problem that we’ve had with this particular guy is that I caught him in what appears to be a distortion.
In other words, we haven’t published the testimony yet. We went back and looked at it and there was one thing that he said to me that I was able to blatantly point out was false… and he broke off all contact with us once I did that.
The problem is that some of the evidence that he gave us was so compelling and so irrefutable… undeniable photographic evidence that he worked in one of these programs. It could not have been photoshopped.
I’m convinced that he’s not a hoax, but it’s possible that he may have been assigned to give us disinformation. It’s possible that he knowingly did it to protect himself so that his story could be debunked.
I don’t know why he did it, but he definitely gave us at least one thing that was not true, so all this data has to have a question mark over it.
That being said, some of it was very compelling, and it correlated very nicely with other things that I knew.
WE GET A DISCLOSURE — FOLLOWED BY COACHING ON ASCENSION
His understanding, based on what he was told, was that this shift would affect everyone. There would be an open formal Disclosure… UFOs are known to be real…
Extraterrestrials begin interacting with us, and that they would basically be here to coach people that wanted to go through this ascension process.
It wouldn’t happen all at once, but there would be a series of steps you could take that would lead to you being able to make this transformation.
So that’s kind of a more interesting view because what he also says is that everybody else who goes through this change still ends up in a Star Trek kind of reality anyway.
They still have access to amazing technology, they can go travel the galaxy [and] they meet other humans. It’s just that they don’t go into this higher plane of existence. So that’s possible, and I really don’t know which one is true.
The ancient prophecies do seem to all suggest that it’s a spontaneous shift, and depending on what vibrational frequency you’re at, will determine what reality you encounter from that point forward.
IT’S GOING TO BE INCREDIBLE
So the short and sweet answer is: There’s more than one way to look at it, but no matter which way it goes, it’s going to be pretty awesome.
It’s going to be incredible. And there’s so much data to back up these views… that’s why I’m writing this book.
So that’s kind of the long-winded answer to the question, but I know that’s on a lot of people’s minds, so I thought I’d go into some detail on it.

ZECHARIA SITCHIN’S DATA
Do you apply any of the Zecharia Sitchin into your schematic when he talks about the 12th Planet or his whole series on The Epic of Gilgamesh and his work in translating the cuneiform?
Our past connection to alien technology, alien cloning, the metaphors of “all the gods” being aliens… blah, blah, blah…
His premise that the aliens have never left, they’re still here: Tag… we’re it!
Plus, a few other races are working with us to help us to go through this transformational process into this New Age or the New Earth.
What is your take on the Sitchin work? Are you familiar with his work?
HE KNOWS A LOT MORE
DW: Yes, of course. I’ve had more than one knowledgeable insider tell me that Sitchin knows a lot more than what’s in the books.
Basically he has to kind of reverse-engineer some of the things that he knows from first-hand testimony from people he’s spoken to, that he has to kind of go back to the Sumerian text and figure out where it is.
I met him very briefly at the Conscious Life Expo because he spoke. He’s actually been there two years in a row now.
So I don’t really know. I mean, there’s no way to prove that he has inside information, but his books are fascinating.
ANUNNAKI GENETIC TINKERING
The body of insiders I’m in contact with has substantially increased. It now includes some folks who have given me very precise information on these so-called Anunnaki or Nephilim that Zecharia Sitchin writes about in his books.
It does appear that we have a group that has done some genetic tinkering of humanity. It appears that they got here about 500,000 years ago. They took indigenous ape-men on Earth and modified those ape-men with their own DNA.
There was a long period of time in which these modified humans were used for slave labor. They were made to be sterile so they could only be genetically bred; they could not breed with each other.
It also seems that there was a rebellion that took place about 200,000 years ago. I don’t know if this is in Sitchin’s books or not. This is more what I’ve heard from the insiders.
RP: Yeah. It is. It’s in his books.
DW: Okay. About 200,000 years ago, when we got tinkered with by one of the two main brothers in the Annunaki, we were modified to become able to reproduce. At that point you basically have sort of the early genesis of humanity.
REPTILIAN GENETIC STOCK
Now, another thing about these Annunaki guys is that they do have a more reptilian lineage in terms of how they evolved into being human.
They don’t have scaly faces, but according to a very well-placed insider, Bob Dean, the skin on their faces looks like the belly of a lizard. It’s kind of like many small, little circles.
They are not from one planet. This is one of the ways in which Sitchin got it wrong, according to the insiders. They are from multiple places of origin.
It appears that the humans who have originated from this type of genetic stock formed an alliance.
UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS OF ANUNNAKI
There are two basic castes – a leader caste and a worker caste. The worker caste is about 8 feet tall, roughly. The leader caste is about 15 feet tall. They’re more powerful.
They have very, very long lifespans. They have traveled the galaxy; they’ve pilfered a variety of technologies.
They have time travel. They can extend their lives. They have some pretty unique gender characteristics. It’s not just male/ female gender… there’s varying gradations, apparently.
They are still apparently working with some of the power groups here on Earth and they have not really lost control.
THE FEAR FARM
In fact, one could argue that if you look at the correlations between this data and what’s in the Law of One, these are the Service to Self guys.
These are the guys that are mining the Earth for fear. They basically set up the Earth as a fear-farm. So you’re actually dealing with a frequency war.
RP: Well, they have done an excellent job! [laughs]
DW: Oh yes!
RP: They have done an excellent job because the fear factor on this planet… You know, God created us and we created the universe and all the fear that goes with it.
It’s an amazing possibility with them. I could see that they’re doing that, for sure.
DW: There’s a lot of truth in it.
LOTS OF DIFFERENT VARIETIES
RP: What about the Greys, and the Whites, and the other parts of them? You know, the other…
You know, I had a vision once about trying to explain to me the different types of aliens around us.
And what was shown to me… it was almost like, well, you’ve got the aliens that want to harvest us, much like what we want to do with the whales.
And then you’ve got the aliens that are the tourists that are watching the whales and the only reason they don’t kill the whales is because Greenpeace is there, which is a third group of aliens that are blocking the harvesters.
It’s almost a balance between the aliens who want to kill the whales don’t kill the sort of Greenpeace aliens because the tourists are there watching and they’re neutralizing the entire event. [David laughs]
And I sort of love that because, you know, we get into these topics of all the different alien technology keeps being introduced to the planet.
There must be some sort of balance, yes, because there are so many [laughs] that come through these gates.
DW: Oh yeah.
RP: That means we’re even lucky that we’re on the planet, to tell you the truth. [laughs]
WE ARE PROTECTED FROM ANY SERIOUS INFRINGEMENTS
DW: I mean, that’s… Up until that statement about so many intruders coming through the gates, and being lucky we’re even on the planet, I would have agreed with you, but that statement is incorrect.
You have to understand that you’ve got various levels of dimensional frequency, basically, or what they call density in the Law of One series, densities of energy.
Negative beings can start to just barely make it into Sixth Density, but almost as soon as they do they dissolve back into the background energy of the universe if they don’t go positive.
The universe is a positive entity. The universe is ultimately a loving, kind, generous Being.
What we don’t get here is how, like the balance of nature in which animals kill each other to survive… that’s not a bad thing.
We are conditioned in a sanitized world to think of death as this bad thing.
There is a soul that‘s much greater than the physical body, and birth and death and reincarnation is all part of the cycle.
We’re not meant to keep reincarnating over and over again. We’re meant to learn our lessons and go to a higher plane. So, a higher plane of Fourth Density can either be negative or positive, just like Fifth.
But then, when you get up to Sixth, it goes to Unity. Those beings are so much more powerful than even a being in Fifth Density that everybody below Sixth Density is like a child playing in the sandbox.
And there is a Free Will principle. These higher beings will allow us to muddy up the sandbox up to a point, but they will not allow us to actually destroy the Earth.
THERE HAVE BEEN DISASTERS IN THE PAST
Now, the unfortunate reality is that the negative has been so amazingly crafty that they did manage to blow up a planet in the solar system. That’s where the Asteroid Belt is now.
And they were crafty enough that they were able to blow a hole in the atmosphere of Mars that the higher beings could not repair fast enough.
And thus, Mars was not able to finish its cycle. Everybody on Mars had to be transported to the Earth and go through reincarnation.
So actually, according to the Law of One, about 50 percent of all people living on the Earth now had formerly lived on Mars.
They blew a hole out of their atmosphere. There was a mass cataclysm that was caused by this. Everybody basically suffocated to death from the lack of oxygen and the concomitant climate change that resulted.
GENETIC TRANSFER
So these beings actually took genetic samples of everybody on Mars before this happened. They always do that – it’s like backing up the hard drive.
They were able to use that DNA and remodel it to make the Martian being more comfortable on Earth.
That transfer happened 75,000 years ago, according to the Law of One series.
Some of my insiders who know about the Anunnaki have said the Anunnaki guys were actually quite pissed off. 75,000 years ago these other ETs came in and messed around with the humans they’d been tinkering with on Earth.
These guys think they’re the creators of human beings, but 75,000 years ago we got a major upgrade.
UPGRADED WITH THE PINEAL GLAND
One of the things that the upgrade gave us is the pineal gland, which is this stargate inside your brain. Everybody has one, and that’s the thing that they can’t defend against.
In fact, the same insider told me that if your pineal gland was even 20 percent active to its full capabilities, you could literally zoom around the universe, fly wherever you want, just by your consciousness alone.
Once our pineal gland switches on, basically these Anunnaki guys have to close up shop and leave town. There’s nothing they can do.
ONCE WE HIT 2012 IN LINEAR TIME, IT COLLAPSES THE WAVE FUNCTIONS
One of the interesting things is even though time travel is real, those are only probable realities… they’re like membranes.
The only thing that really is real is when we collapse the wave function of all these different probable realities into the present – which we’re actually living through by our human experience.
Even though these guys can time-travel, they can see possible realities, they don’t know which one is going to happen until we actually hit 2012 as a collective consciousness, experiencing it as a linear effect.
Up until then, they just represent layers of time in which one is stronger, one is weaker, but they don’t know.
Once we hit that nexus, all these layers of time consolidate into a singularity. Then whatever was in the past, whatever’s in the present, whatever’s in the future, it all goes out the window.
THE PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE CAN ALL SPONTANEOUSLY TRANSFORM
You can play around up until then, but once we actually hit the 2012 node point as a planet, irreversible changes happen.
The other timelines are extinct, and you’re now in a new timeline based only on where we got to once we get there.
That’s why – and I’m literally not kidding when I say this – it is possible that when we hit 2012, the asteroids in the Asteroid Belt will reconsolidate into a planet. The hole in Mars’ atmosphere closes up and that reconsolidates into a planet.
Atlantis doesn’t sink, and all these cataclysms that happened before actually don’t happen. The past is just an option of what were the most likely events that might happen – based on what did happen up until then.
But remember, the past and the future get cancelled out in the singularity of 2012.
That’s what the science tells us; it’s what the black ops guys tell us.
It’s what these negative beings are afraid of. They see that the probability window is really strong. They know that once it hits, the other timelines are no longer accessible to them.
I don’t know if I’ve ever actually explained that before!

"Orison Swett Marden (1850 - 1924) was an American writer associated with the New Thought Movement. He also held a degree in medicine, and was a successful hotel owner. Marden was born in Thornton Gore, New Hampshire to Lewis and Martha Marden. When he was three years old, his mother died at the age of 22, leaving Orison and his two sisters in the care of their father, a farmer, hunter, and trapper. When Orison was seven years old, his father died from injuries incurred while in the wood, and the children were shuttled from one guardian to another, with Orison working as a "hired boy" to earn his keep. Inspired by an early self-help book by the Scottish author Samuel Smiles, which he found in an attic, Marden set out to improve himself and his life circumstances. He persevered in advancing himself and graduated from Boston University in 1871. He later graduated from Harvard with an M.D. in 1881 and an LL.B. degree in 1882. He also studied at the Boston School of Oratory and Andover Theological Seminary.

Like many proponents of the New Thought philosophy, Marden believed that our thoughts influence our lives and our life circumstances. He said, "We make the world we live in and shape our own environment." Yet although he is best known for his books on financial success, he always emphasized that this would come as a result of cultivating one's personal development: "The golden opportunity you are seeking is in yourself. It is not in your environment; it is not in luck or chance, or the help of others; it is in yourself alone." "If there is unhappiness in you, first you need to acknowledge that it is there. But don't say, “I'm unhappy.” Unhappiness has nothing to do with who you are. Say: “There is unhappiness in me.” Then investigate it. A situation you find yourself in may have something to do with it. Action may be required to change the situation or remove yourself from it. If there is nothing you can do, face what is and say, “Well, right now, this is how it is. I can either accept it, or make myself miserable.”

The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it. Be aware of the thoughts you are thinking. Separate them from the situation, which is always neutral, which always is as it is. There is the situation or the fact, and here are my thoughts about it. Instead of making up stories, stay with the facts. For example, “I am ruined” is a story. It limits you and prevents you from taking effective action. “I have fifty cents left in my bank account” is a fact. Facing facts is always empowering. Be aware that what you think, to a large extent, creates the emotions that you feel. See the link between your thinking and your emotions. Rather than being your thoughts and emotions, be the awareness behind them.

Don't seek happiness. If you seek it, you won't find it, because seeking is the antithesis of happiness. Happiness is ever elusive, but freedom from unhappiness is attainable now, by facing what is rather than making up stories about it. Unhappiness covers up your natural state of well-being and inner peace, the source of true happiness."

THE PEOPLE ARE ANGRY... AND HAVE TAKEN TO THE STREETS FOR CHANGE

Unfortunately, most people do not understand the nature of the current system enough to see why this will be such a significant change.
Propaganda will undoubtedly be very effective in making people utterly convinced that this is the big "New World Order" takeover they've been fearing and dreading for so long... directly setting the stage for martial law, internment camps and so on.
There are already some very provocative examples of this propaganda occurring now. They know what is coming and are doing everything they can to brace for impact.

This has now become obvious, thanks to the bailouts -- which did absolutely nothing to quell the daily mind-rape of economic fear porn being churned out by the establishment media.
Fear was created. Bailouts were rammed through without a public vote or approval. The rich got richer. The poor got poorer. The only solution they offered was to generate even more bailouts, making the problem even worse. Fear begets fear.
As a result, the Occupy Wall Street movement is now growing exponentially fast. One insider told me they estimate it is growing by 50 percent per week, and may accelerate even faster as it catches on.

A few final thoughts. In this great struggle, here are some things that don't matter:

§ What we wear.

§ Whether we shake our fists or make peace signs.

§ Whether we can fit our dreams for a better world into a media soundbite.

And here are a few things that do matter.

§ Our courage.

§ Our moral compass.

§ How we treat each other.

We have picked a fight with the most powerful economic and political forces on the planet. That's frightening. And as this movement grows from strength to strength, it will get more frightening. Always be aware that there will be a temptation to shift to smaller targets - like, say, the person sitting next to you at this meeting. After all, that is a battle that's easier to win.

Don't give in to the temptation. I'm not saying don't call each other on stuff. But this time, let's treat each other as if we plan to work side by side in struggle for many, many years to come. Because the task before will demand nothing less. Let's treat this beautiful movement as if it is most important thing in the world. Because it is. It really is.”

An economic solution for those that can afford it.

A more viable and more equitable solution would be to tap into the only major market left on the planet that is not now subject to a sales tax – the “financial products” that are the stock in trade of the robust financial sector itself. A financial transaction tax on speculative trading is sometimes called a “Tobin tax,” after the man who first proposed it, Nobel laureate economist James Tobin. The revenue potential of a Tobin tax is huge. The Bank for International Settlements reported in 2008 that total annual derivatives trades were $1.14 quadrillion (a quadrillion is a thousand trillion). That figure was probably low, since over-the-counter trades are unreported and their magnitude is unknown. A mere 1% tax on $1 quadrillion in trades would generate $10 trillion annually in public funds. That is only for derivatives. There are also stocks, bonds and other financial trades to throw in the mix; and more than half of this trading occurs in the United States .

A Tobin tax would not generate these huge sums year after year, because it would largely kill the computerized high-frequency program trades that now compose 70% of stock market purchases. But that is a worthy end in itself. The sudden, thousand-point drop in the Dow Industrial Average on May 6 showed the world how vulnerable the stock market is to manipulation by these sophisticated market gamblers. The whole high-frequency trading business needs to be stopped, in order to protect legitimate investors using the stock market for the purposes for which it was designed: to raise capital for businesses. As Mark Cuban observed in a May 9 article titled “What Business Is Wall Street In?”: “Creating capital for business has to be less than 1pct of the volume on Wall Street in any given period. . . . My 2 cents is that it is important for this country to push Wall Street back to the business of creating capital for business. Whether it’s through a use of taxes on trades, or changing the capital gains tax structure so that there is no capital gains tax on any shares of stock (private or public company) held for 5 years or more, and no tax on dividends paid to shareholders who have held stock in the company for more than 5 years. However we need to do it, we need to get the smart money on Wall Street back to thinking about ways to use their capital to help start and grow companies. That is what will create jobs. That is where we will find the next big thing that will accelerate the world economy. It won’t come from traders trying to hack the financial system for a few pennies per trade.”

"We Can’t Afford War"

“General Petraeus is a military man constantly at war with the facts,” began the MoveOn.org attack ad against Gen. David Petraeus back in 2007, after he had delivered a report to Congress on the status of the war in Iraq. George W. Bush was president, and MoveOn was accusing Petraeus of “cooking the books for the White House.” The campaign asked “General Petraeus or General Betray Us?” on a full-page ad in The Washington Post. MoveOn took tremendous heat for the campaign, but stood its ground.

Three years later, Barack Obama is president, Petraeus has become his man in Afghanistan, and MoveOn pulls the critical Web content. Why? Because Bush’s first war, Afghanistan, has become Obama’s war, a quagmire. The U.S. will eventually negotiate its withdrawal from Afghanistan. The only difference between now and then will be the number of dead, on all sides, and the amount of (borrowed) money that will be spent. Petraeus’ confirmation to become the military commander in Afghanistan was never in question. He replaces Gen. Stanley McChrystal, who resigned shortly after his macho criticisms of his civilian leadership became public in a recent Rolling Stone magazine article.

The statistics for Afghanistan, Obama’s Vietnam, are surging. June, with at least 100 U.S. deaths, is the highest number reported since the invasion in 2001. 2010 is on pace to be the year with the highest U.S. fatalities. Similar fates have befallen soldiers from the other, so-called coalition countries. Petraeus is becoming commander not only of the U.S. military in Afghanistan, but of all forces, as the invasion and occupation of Afghanistan is run by NATO. U.S. troops, expected to rise to 98,000 this year, far outnumber those from other nations. Public and political support in many of those countries is waning.

Journalist Michael Hastings, who wrote the Rolling Stone piece, was in Paris with McChrystal to profile him. What didn’t get as much attention was Hastings’ description of why McChrystal was there: “He’s in France to sell his new war strategy to our NATO allies—to keep up the fiction, in essence, that we actually have allies. Since McChrystal took over a year ago, the Afghan war has become the exclusive property of the United States. Opposition to the war has already toppled the Dutch government, forced the resignation of Germany’s president and sparked both Canada and the Netherlands to announce the withdrawal of their 4,500 troops. McChrystal is in Paris to keep the French, who have lost more than 40 soldiers in Afghanistan, from going all wobbly on him.”

The whistle-blower website WikiLeaks.org, which received international attention after releasing leaked video from a U.S. attack helicopter showing the indiscriminate slaughter of civilians and a Reuters cameraman and his driver in Baghdad, has just posted a confidential CIA memo detailing possible public relations strategies to counter waning public support for the Afghan War. The agency memo reads: “If domestic politics forces the Dutch to depart, politicians elsewhere might cite a precedent for ‘listening to the voters.’ French and German leaders have over the past two years taken steps to preempt an upsurge of opposition but their vulnerability may be higher now.”

I just returned from Toronto, covering the G-20 summit and the protests. The gathered leaders pledged, among other things, to reduce government deficits by 50 percent by 2013. In the U.S., that means cutting $800 billion, or about 20 percent of the budget. Two Nobel Prize-winning economists have weighed in with grave predictions. Joseph Stiglitz said, “There are many cases where these kinds of austerity measures have led to ... recessions into depressions.” And Paul Krugman wrote: “Who will pay the price for this triumph of orthodoxy? The answer is, tens of millions of unemployed workers, many of whom will go jobless for years, and some of whom will never work again.”

In order to make the cuts promised, Obama would have to raise taxes and cut social programs such as Social Security and Medicare. Or he could cut the war budget. I say “war budget” because it is not to be confused with a defense budget. Cities and states across the country are facing devastating budget crises. Pensions are being wiped out. Foreclosures are continuing at record levels. A true defense budget would shore up our schools, our roads, our towns, our social safety net. The U.S. House of Representatives is under pressure to pass a $33 billion Afghan War supplemental this week. We can’t afford war."

Humans being

There are differing evils, but they are common works of man. They reflect the imperfection of human justice, the inadequacy of human compassion, our lack of sensibility toward the sufferings of our fellows.
